Oh no, we're sad to hear this, but fear not - returns are easy! Simply use the return label supplied and drop off your parcel at any of Yodels' drop off points (find a full list of drop off points here).
Alternatively, send us an email with the product you'd like to return and your order number, and we'll arrange an at home pickup at a time that suits you (email returns@lotislampshades.co.uk)

As we're a new company, we currently don't offer shipping outside the UK, however this is something we're working to resolve.
We use Yodel to deliver all our UK orders. Once you place your order, we will build your 'shade, and inform you once it's been dropped off with our Yodel courier. You will also receive an email from Yodel with a tracking number and estimated delivery date / time
